On the last Friday of each month, art galleries in Granbury’s historical district will roll out the red carpet for art patrons. Your Private Collection Art Gallery, Dora Lee Langdon Center Art Gallery, the Shanley House Art Gallery, and Artefactz will be hosting Last Friday Gallery Night. The group will stay open to 9 p.m. for the artwalk and will offer amenities such as hors d'oeuvres, wine and music.  We have great entertainment with Granbury Live www.granburylive.com and Granbury Opera House and now a great opportunity to enjoy browsing the galleries too. 

Special showings each month:

August 27 meet  international mosaic winner, Drucilla Perez-Tubens.  She is bringing new works and telling great stories on her work. Besides art of over 30 award winning artists, we have new Cristi Clyburn pottery and one of a kind jewelry pieces by Reed Hoover, Darla Duckworth & Nancy Garland.  

September 24 is a special evening with extraordinary glass blown by Aaron Thane Tate. Aaron who worked in Seattle with Dale Chihuly has a unique style that is a must see. We are very fortunate to show his work in Granbury. Also hear the acoustin guitarist, Paul Clark.

October 29 James Spurlock is back by popular demand. He has completed a new series of pastels and be showing these plus other wonderful works.
