Dana Gibson has been sculpting and giving workshops for 35 years. She is a self-taught sculptor and has been accepted into many juried shows. A few of which include the Fort Worth Art Festival; Rio Brazos Art Show, Granbury,TX ;The Woodlands Art Show, Houston TX; Sculpture in the Park, Loveland, CO; Bosque Art Classic, Clifton TX and Art of the Green, Arlington, TX. 

A few of the invitation shows which she was included were Dallas Market Hall; Pro Arts Arabian Horse Show, Ft Worth; The Sculpture Show, Keene TX and Main Street Art Festival, Ft Worth, TX. 

Dana was commissioned to produce a life size monument for Ross Perot Jr.  The monument depicted a 1920’s Salvation Army Band in memory of Mr. Perot’s oldest brother. The monuments are located in Dallas, TX; Texarkana, TX and Atlanta, Georgia. 

Dana spends time most everyday working on a new piece or two. She no longer sculpts to make a living, but sculpts for the sheer joy of it.
