BACKGROUND

 Diane Bolger is a native Texan and received her BFA in Painting at The University of Texas in San Antonio. After college she moved to New York and worked for ten years with the DC9 Painter’s Union restoring historical landmarks such as the Chrysler Building and Radio City Music Hall before returning to Parker County, Texas. Her work has been included in various group and solo exhibitions from New York to Texas. She has been spotlighted in Parker County Today magazine and has won numerous competitions including The State Fair of Texas, The Spirit of the West, Parker County Peach Festival, and the Winsor-Newton Painting Award She is currently the lead art teacher at Weatherford High School. Her work includes vibrant landscapes with bright colors and ceramic mobiles and flowers.
